We only process the data needed to run this website and to respond to enquiries.

Data you give us

• Contact / collaboration enquiries — when you e-mail us (e.g. via hello@immayaai.com) or a contact form, we receive your name, e-mail address and the content of your message.

Data collected automatically

• Server logs — our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
• Analytics / cookies — only if enabled; see section 4.

3. Why we use it & legal basis

Under the GDPR we rely on the following legal bases:

• To answer your enquiries and discuss collaborations — legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)).
• To operate, secure and maintain the website — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• For analytics and non-essential cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), where applicable.

4. Cookies & analytics

This website uses Google Fonts, which are loaded from Google servers; your browser's request may transmit your IP address to Google.

This website currently does not use any analytics tools and sets no non-essential cookies. Your cookie preference (accept/decline) is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is not transmitted to us. Should analytics be added in the future, it will only load after you give consent via the cookie banner.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers strictly to operate the site:

• Hosting / domain provider — to serve the website;
• E-mail provider — to receive and answer your messages;
• Analytics provider — none is currently used.

Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.

6. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry e-mails for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and delete them when no longer necessary. Server logs are retained by the hosting provider for a maximum of 90 days.
